1.Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 77c7 website, mobile version and all services provided through 77c7.
• "User" refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, cashback or reward provided by 77c7.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying the amount a user must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit or withdrawal activity on the account on the platform.
• "Services" refers to the online gaming, betting and entertainment facilities provided by 77c7.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the 77c7 platform and use gaming services, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Providing false age information at the time of registration is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. 77c7 may request a government-issued identity document for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or identity document is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided, 77c7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. 77c7 may request a national identity card, passport or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

3.Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Login Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login information completely confidential. Sharing account information with any third party is prohibited. If a password is lost or unauthorized access to the account is suspected, contact 77c7 support immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or gifting an account, balance or bonus to any other person is strictly prohibited. Only the registered user may use the account.

3.3 User Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out from their account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to 77c7 immediately.

4.Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

77c7 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical error, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Verification

Before a withdrawal, 77c7 may ask the user to complete an identity verification process (KYC). If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal may be delayed. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 77c7 may temporarily put the withdrawal on hold for investigation purposes.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 77c7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on 77c7 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be completed successfully and the bonus terms and conditions must be followed.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the user must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

77c7 has three VIP tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancing to a VIP tier depends on regular activity and participation on the platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any user attempts to abuse bonuses, collect bonuses through multiple accounts, or circumvent promotional conditions, 77c7 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and close the account.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

6.Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Reliability and Fair Play

All games on the 77c7 platform are sourced from reputable game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi). Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all games to ensure fair play. The outcome of any specific game is not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Rules

6.3 Technical Errors

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77c7 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or other automated software.
• Placing bets in secret agreement with other players or colluding.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Making deposits using a credit card or another person's payment method.
• Operating an account using a false identity or information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems or database.
• Creating accounts repeatedly to take advantage of promotional benefits.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and legal action if necessary.

8.Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 77c7

77c7 may temporarily or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, suspicious activity, provision of false information, or security concerns. The decision to close an account is final.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Users may also close their own account. To do so, contact the support team. Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, provided there is no ongoing investigation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical events or force majeure.

In any circumstance, 77c7's total liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
